1- this was -originally- intended as fanart ( stargate), though I am not sure if he is now. But to be safe, he is in fanart. you can go to my scraps and check out the desktop with his rough and the reference I used and I will let you be the judge. I am bad with the categorizing
2- I know nothing of egyptian mythology etc and ifI had intended to make an entirely 'accurate' representation I would have used better refs and done just that.
3-I am not refining him any further

You know what I say allt he time anyway.

1) Mask part is one of my favorite parts because of the curve of it
2) The pointed finger looks like it needs a nail
3) Knuckles and forearm is definatly a favorite part, most definatly.
4) You definatly pulled off the overhead lighting thing
5) I like the way it looks as if the light's shining almost directly on his head
6) His stomach was the hardest thing to do.

Everything is so smooth and... well, I don't know how to say it, but dense. Horus has got a nice abdomen on him, too. :giggle:

YES! I just watched it last week! I ordered it off ebay 'cuz I couldn't find it anywhere...I was very shocked at the resemblence between michael shanks and spader...I heard they looked similar but DAMN...
thank you!~ The abdomen was the hardest part, hahah!
